Village of GhostLight

Still hunted and pursued by the undead they managed to escape the main horde. In the graveyard they see the open graves and disturbed earth. A hole near an old stone coffin takes their attention. Looking into the moss covered coffin, the Scarlet Knight sees something shining. They follow her into the underground maze of tunnels.
Hanging roots pull on their armor and dirt falls upon them. Their feet sink in cold water and mud as they continue into the unknown darkness. In the middle of the tunnel, the Scarlet Knight picks up the blue and yellow steel sword of the Indigo Knight. Meredith is given the sword, do to the loss of her powers. However, with what little remains she uses to power the sword with sunlight ruins. The swords yellow steel now glows with sunlight.
Through the tunnels they realize the entire island is covered in them. They now understand way the village was empty during the day and how the creatures went undetected. Continuing the Scarlet Knight finds the way back to the Keep, but at the same time the undead find them. Most still remained on the surface but a few had discovered them. Like a hive mind their revelation brought others to their location. The group climbed a ladder into the keep just as the horde finds them. They close the trap door and lock it as the horde flooded into the tunnels.
Their way was clear as they moved slowly through the quiet halls of the keep. They passed the dead spiders and the two rulers of the village. On the causeway between the keep and the tower was the dead Indigo Knight. Crimson eyes shined through his dented helmet. His armor was torn and covered in mud. Together the Faceless and Scarlet Knights fought their brother. His attacks and movements were like that of a rabid animal. However, they were able to defeat him. While Meredith stayed back to recover her strength.
The Blood Witch turned from her spell casting and stood alone on the tower. She used her magic and casted her spells upon the Indigo Knight. Again he rose, this time as a revenant. His armor now twisted and fused with his body under the dark magic. From his wounds now also glowed with crimson light. From Blood and red unstable magic formed a large war axe. Again the two Knights fought him but he was stronger and faster this time. The Faceless Knight was hit hard and fast. His breastplate was bent inward and the cracked metal glowed with red magic. The Faceless Knight was sent faling back with the force of the blow. He began coughing and struggled to breath.
With a path clear to her, Meredith ran to the Blood Witch. The wizard now gained some of her magic back. The Witch was taken off guard and lost her focus on her casting. Meredith blinded the Witch with sunlight before she could react with her blood magic.
The Scarlet Knight struggled to defend against the revenues powerful and heavy attacks. From behind the Faceless Knight cut the reveals ankles. The heavy best fell to it's knees bit took hold of the Faceless Knight and lifted him off the ground. At the same time the revenant hit the ground with it's war axe. As the Scarlet Knight charged him the ground began to crack. She stabs the revenant through the collar bone as some of the bridge behind her falls away. The revenant bashes the Faceless Knights helmet with it's own and throws him into the short wall running the length of the bridge.
On the tower side of the bridge the Witch has regained her vision. Meredith continues her attack with sword and staff. Frustrated and unable to defend against the light attacks, the Witch forms wepons of her own from blood and dark crimson magic. Meredith continues her swift and precise attacks. Until her staff was ensnared in a chain of blood. Meredith used her sword like dragons breath to free her staff but the Blood Witch used her magic like a shield. The chain twisted around the staff like a snake of sharp shards of red glass broke out of the staff. The light from the crystal began to fade as the golden wood became a dark weathered vision of itself. Suddenly the staff splintered and fell to the ground in pieces.
The revenant now took hold of the Scarlet Knight and pulled her closer. Crimson light steam came from the helmet mouth guard as the creature made a raspy noise. From behind the Faceless Knight cut down the creatures back, in pain the best let go of the Scarlet Knight and swung it's axe at the Faceless Knight. Missing the Knight dove away ad the Scarlet Knight removed her sword only to cut upward against the revenant. Nearly beheaded the revenant tried to hit the Knight with its axe but missed. The creatures attack was slow as it lost its strength. The axe fell and the revenant slouched under its own weight. Together the two Knights stabbed into the revenants chest and back until the crimson light went dark within the creature. Again together they pushed the revenant off the bridge.
